Control yourselves guys....I mean the balls on the table. Man...can't take you guys anywhere.
Dale H. bought me a set of balls for my table recently at Mountain Coin. I can't keep them grippy to save my life, I've washed, I've scrubbed and after several days they go right back to being slicker than *$#&.
I've even tried sandpaper in a can, scratch pads and they still end up back at the same slick surface after a day or two. Is it possible this is just a bad set? Fire away, I need help. |

Hey Steve i also buy my balls at mountain coin and they do very well for me. I get about 1500 games before i have to change them. They just get worse if you wash them!

I think all of Valley is making bad balls lately Steve. The past few major and state tourneyes have all had ball complaints. They start out new, and after the first day, they turn to marbles. I think it's almost the norm now. A few good players I know are switching 5 bar series just because of that.
I bought some a while ago, and they seem to do me just fine. How many do you have in your table while you play? If you only have 3, then they'll obviously wear out quicker. I put in 10 so they stay fresh longer.

| I've got 9, I just can't seem to keep them grippy at all. If that's the way they're making them now then I guess I'll have to live with it. The ones we played on last night at 52's were fine so I wonder where thy get theirs? |
