Thanks to so many retarded employees opening emails with viruses, my company is webguarding all kinda of sites like Hotmail and Yahoo. Only a matter of time before they take away this!! Nooooooooooooo!

| Websense sucks the big one, I have yet to find a way around it. It will even block sites that have the scrolling ads. You know the ones on the pages that change everytime you refresh, etc? If it comes into the category that is restricted, the page won't come up even if it has before. I will check with some of the other tech people I work with to see if they have found anything. You could try encrypting your web traffic, then all websense would see is encrypted data on the http port, but I'm not sure how that could be done for sure. |
